IT’S A PRIME TIME TO BUY A HOME!
I just read a great book called “7 reasons why now is a great time to buy a home!” It’s filled with positive, exciting information to help buyers seize the incredible market opportunities available to them right now. Over the next 7 weeks, I’ll be sharing key excerpts from this book with you in my blog and on facebook.

Who in the World wants a Piece of Paradise?
Of course, maybe you have your own definition of Paradise, but you might want to consider this:
Florida Real Estate is one of the best investments you could make. Right now. Not for too much longer, though.
You heard me. Here’s why: Florida has come back from the brink and if you don’t buy now it will soon be too late to take advantage of the amazing prices now available.
Here are some interesting tidbits:
Florida still has 200,000 people moving to this state every year. That’s 1,000 people every business day. That trend is poised to increase and sustain itself for the next 25 years. This alone makes it one of the most dynamic real estate markets in North America.
Florida is set to pass New York State and take over the #3 position for the most populated state in the USA. California and Texas hold # 1 and 2 positions.
Florida’s economy is still strong. It was mostly the real estate market that took the hit – for obvious reasons.
High tech clean air industries are booming. Computer technology. Banking, Agriculture and Tourism are all strong and getting stronger.
The aging baby boomers aren’t getting any younger and they want the warm weather. The young people go where the jobs are.
Prices have never been so good in Florida and the U.S. dollar is more affordable to anxious buyers in cold climates.
I recognize that a few facts are lining up that may mean something if you are serious about where you might want to live.
What do you think? What alternatives interest you? Where do you think the best buys are?
